I have enjoyed the transition into working from my household for a change.
I never expected that I would thrive in an environment where I’d be forced to stay isolated from comforting coworkers, although I am now doing rather well with the change. There were certain concerns at first with keeping up with work with my computer as well as constant unsupervised internet access. But fortunately, it was only a month or two for the transition to set in, as well as now I’m more productive than I have ever been in my entire life. I get up at the same time every day as well as I have my Starbucks Coffee maker ready to go from the night previously. My pet is getting the most love as well as attention she has ever gained, as well as the drop in gasoline use removes a sizable source of financial drain on my budget. Sadly, I cannot say the effects have been exclusively positive. I am using more water as well as electricity while I’m at my household. Between washing my hands for 20 seconds every 15 to 20 minutes as well as the additional drain on my electricity from the central Heating as well as Air Conditioning device, my expenses on utilities are honestly starting to rise a great deal. I’m at my household all day long as well as I’m running the a/c device more than I ever have. I have noticed that between 11am as well as 5pm is when the cooling device struggles the most. It is no shock that this is the time when the sun is at its highest intensity for the day, as well as also when most of the household from front to back is getting hit by the sunlight. On top of more energy use, I also have to purchase AC filters far more often, and I am getting repairs as well as maintenance more frequently.
