I love hot yoga

The studio I practice in sets their temperature control to 84 degrees for power yoga classes plus has section oil heating systems in the front plus back of the studio

I have always loved warm yoga plus it’s been a passion of mine for years! I used to practice at my studio four-several times per week prior to COVID-19 spreading where I live. In the middle of lockdown, I did zoom yoga classes everyday to keep myself and others calm and sane however it wasn’t the same, then my studio reopened yesterday however they have various precautions put in place to avoid the spread of COVID, then the owner stated that it is a personal option if you want to come back however at condo classes are still being given out. The precautions are that they are going to limit the amount of students allowed inside the studio at a single time to 9 plus they have tape on the floor where mats can start to spread. They also had UV light installed into their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C idea to kill the viruses spread in the air, however stated that there is still research being done to see if UV light in Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C systems can kill coronaviruses. The studio I practice in sets their temperature control to 84 degrees for power yoga classes plus has section oil heating systems in the front plus back of the studio. One of the most pressing parts of an official yoga practice is taking steady breaths in and out of your nose. Sometimes the teacher will tell you to inhale deeply into your lungs plus let the air all out of your mouth, which makes myself and others anxious if there are asymptomatic students in the studio, and because I am still overly cautious about going back to the studio, I am planning to continue to do classes on zoom in the comfort of my own condo with my air conditioner.
