Today is Monday and it is already moderately hot out while still in the morning part of the day. I suppose I’ll do this one article and then take a leisurely ride to the beach and just cherish the life I have carved out for myself. I just need to get my musical work where it needs to be and then it will all come together. I can envision in three years playing gigs as my lady and I travel around in our own RV while following the rest of the band in their RV and doing the songs we love. Air conditioned clubs in the Summer and heated resorts in the mountains in the winter time is where we would do our gigs. I know it is possible and we just need to put in the time and energy and the thing will come together as it is supposed to. I tried to do the same when I was an Heating and A/C tech with my comedy work but the art was too much for me, so I left it a few years ago and switched over to songwriting. Sometimes I feel like I am losing my mind with this weird lifestyle of strolling alone around the world searching for something, but I have to listen to my heart no matter where it guides me on this planet. It would have been simple to keep doing my local contractor work back in the States and just keep chasing money doing Heating and A/C repairs, but I would not have been true to my heart and certainly unhappy as a result. Listen to your heart and chase your dreams because passion minus action equals regret.
