My mother thinks I just wanted to get rid of her.

All of us recently found out that our mother had early onset Alzheimers. My brother and I got together to see what the two of us could do to help his out. The dentist said that he needed to have supervision most of the time, but Mom wouldn’t have anything to do with it. She didn’t think he needed to have a babysitter and he wouldn’t move in with either a single of us. One day, I walked into his home and it was so sizzling that it took our breath away. I checked the control component and he had it turned up to eighty-several. I asked his if he was cold, and he told me that he had turned the control component down because he thought it was getting tepid inside. She had turned the control component up instead of down. This absolutely bothered her, knowing that he had made that much of a mistake. She told me how he had forgotten that he had turned the stove on, and he put a bin on top of the tepid burner. Luckily, he caught the bin before it caught on fire, but it melted all over the burner. When I told our brother what had happened, he decided it was time to do something. The tepid burner could have killed her, but he could have also suffocated with the control component turned so high. All of us found a small retirement community that offered round-the-clock nursing. They had a brand new Heating & Air Conditioning system, but there weren’t any control units in the rooms. The building was totally automated and if a resident wanted it warmer; they buzzed the main office and they changed the room temperature. Mom isn’t blissful because he thinks the two of us want to get rid of her, but he did agree the house is nice.
