As a frequent traveller I have stayed at numerous hotels plus motels around the country. This year I was able to visit a classy hotel which was not part of my normal itinerary. My main complaints are the heat not being evenly distributed through the whole room, the a/c struggling to keep the room cooled down plus the humidity in the room being so dry your lips get chapped. This classy hotel should be a model for all hotels to follow. I checked in while I was in the hottest time of the year plus expected the room to be stuffy plus warm. Instead I walked into a cool room plus the air was not dry. After being there for several days I decided to ask them what they did with their HVAC to keep the room conditions at perfection. They told myself and others they had the top of the line HVAC plan overhaul. This included smart thermostats that were hooked up to a plan to schedule respected maintenance when there was high traffic in the hotel. They hardly ever had any major repairs that needed to be done because of the alert plan that was on the HVAC system. Which allowed them to put cash into other areas of the hotel. They strived to make their clients glad plus to keep coming back. I personally know they achieved their goal as far as the HVAC plan is worried.
