Ever since I saw the show on cable, I wanted a tiny household.
They looked so cute & they were fairly cheap.
I saw numerous odd styles of tiny households & I couldn’t even pick out something I would like. They had container households, but some of them were lavish to have constructed. I finally settled on a tiny household that had a second floor just for the master bedroom. There was a wrap-around porch & a little stairway leading up to the household. I had a half-acre piece of property that already had sewage & water on it. I had obtained the lot when the people’s previous home burned down & they didn’t want it any longer. The awesome thing was that it was adjacent to my parents’ household. When they brought the household to our property, I was blissful. I watched as the guys set our new home up. My mother showed up & she smiled. She stood looking at our new household & asked if there was room for an HVAC device in the house? I hadn’t thought about heating & a/c. I assumed the HVAC device was already there, although I didn’t see where there was any room for a furnace or an a/c device. I walked up to a single one of the guys who was setting up the house. I asked him if the HVAC device was included. He easily told me they had someone coming to hook up the water, electricity & the HVAC device. He told me that it was a ductless HVAC device since it didn’t take up a huge amount of space.
