After the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional took a look at my gas furnace, she delivered bad news… My gas furnace needed to be completely upgraded, because it was well over 15 years seasoned plus the full year without service sent my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment to the grave. I didn’t have the finances for a brand new gas furnace, so I had to go to the bank plus request a personal loan. I hated the fact that I had to take out several thoUSAnd dollars at an 8% interest rate for the next 3 years, but I had no other choice. I couldn’t go without a gas furnace, plus I didn’t have the currency to buy one upfront. It’s my goal to have the loan paid off before the 3 years.
