Tired of going without a washer and dryer

When my boyfriend and I bought our house there was one backyard shed.

I called dibs on it for a workout space.

Other than the shed, there would be nowhere to workout. My boyfriend has tons of tools and free things he picks up on the side of the road. He is a bit of a pack rat. He decided to fill up the laundry room with all of this garbage. The previous home owners took the washer and dryer. I need to buy two new units and there is no room for them. My boyfriend and I agreed that he would build himself a shed to move the tools inot. I then would be responsible for getting the washer and dryer paid for and hooked up. It seemed fair. Right now I am waiting for my boyfriend to build a shed so I can have my space. He is taking forever and I am out a washer and dryer. I feel he is deliberately taking his sweet time. He is being too greedy before moving his tools in. the framework is all there. He has a floor, roof and walls. There, done! Nope, he wants electric, plumbing and HVAC. He wants to have lights, a sink and a ductless mini split in there. Why do the tools need to stay in the laundry room for that? Can’t a HVAC technician work around his tool boxes? A mini split installation isn’t that involved. You need to drill a hole to feed refrigerant tubes and wires. Other than that, it is pretty easy. The studs are exposed so putting in electric and plumbing won’t be hard either. Get a move on man!
