Did you know HVACs can control some saunas, too? Are saunas good for you?

Sauna or Steam, Friend? You have likely been familiarized with our good friend, the sauna, a buddy who is always there for you ( and regardless of what country in the world you happen to be in ) after a long office – day followed up by a brutal workout at the gym.

The sauna is known to heal sores, alleviate some pain and all in all, help you get relaxed as you finish off your evening ( or morning, once again, depending on just what part of the globe you find yourself in, respectively ) . Many people, on another note, confuse the sauna with the steam room or think it is another fancy name for the exact same thing. But all on the contrary, the sauna is the room for dry heat, usually made up of log – cabin – like wood and resembling a small hut of some sort ; whereas, the steam room is the actual room where it’s moist and foggy inside and very hard to see. Now you know. In terms of pre – set Celsius settings, for heat, you will more often than not come to find that the temperature inside the sauna you enter lies anywhere between the range of 70° and 100°, respectively. If you prefer to assess in terms of Fahrenheit instead, then you are looking at an internal heat temperature of anywhere between 158° and 212°. And you will find that the humidity is around 10 % , give or take (20 % in certain very particular exceptions — if you own your own sauna, you can also pre – define these limitations and change the min. / max. settings as needed, one of the benefits of building or buying your own).
